Subdivision Layout

Buckner Farms is a subdivision composed of five separate villages, all interconnected.  Each village has slightly different home styles, all of them detached, single family homes in Buckner Farms, and are fairly comparable in price.   Each "village" is situated around its own road going in a complete loop, with the homes situated on both sides of the loop, or in cul-de-sacs springing off the main loop.  This layout gives all the homeowners privacy, elbow room, and is very attractive as you drive throughout the community, or use the biking and walking paths.


Driving Distances

Homes for sale in Buckner Farms are very desirable and are an asset to Virginia Beach VA Real Estate due to their proximity to plenty of shopping, schools, and easy driving access to major roads used to go to work at the area's military bases, the downtown areas, and various other places.  Buckner Farms is located off of Rosemont Road, between Dam Neck Road and Lynnhaven Parkway (10 minutes from Lynnhaven Mall).

For commuters, it is only a several minute drive to either I-64E where it takes maybe10-15 minutes to get to the heart of Chesapeake, or driving the other direction on I-64W will get you to the Norfolk Naval Base in about 30 minutes.  You can also leave Buckner Farms and with a few minutes drive you'll be at the entrance to the interstate I-264W to go to downtown Norfolk (20 minutes) or I-44E which will transport the happy homeowner to the Virginia Beach oceanfront in about 10-15 minutes.
